| 摘 要： | 根据学术期刊编辑存在心理罢工的现状及结合编辑这一职业群体的特征编制调查问卷,随机抽取145名学术期刊编辑作为调查对象.根据调查结果,提出相应的对策与建议,即编辑做好自我心理调适,组织做好干预和引导工作,以预防、缓解甚至消除编辑的心理罢工问题.

| Abstract: | In view of the present situation that many academic periodical editors have status of psychological strike, considering the features of this occupational group, the author conducted a questionnaire survey, in which 145 editors of academic journals were randomly selected. Based on the survey results, some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, i.e., editors should make psychological self-adjustment, organize and lead the intervention measures, in order to prevent, reduce or even eliminate the mental strike. |
