| 摘 要： | 对《Cancer Medicine》的期刊工作流程做简要介绍,发现国外优秀期刊既是科学家办刊,又存在学术与出版的博弈。对我国学术期刊的情况进行对标找差,认为学术与出版分离的模式值得借鉴。在明确主编职责、做好编辑合理分工、培育审稿人队伍等方面,我国学术期刊需要进一步完善。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the workflow of Cancer Medicine, points out the operation model based on scientists and games between academic research and publication.We think Chinese academic journals need to make further improvements in the separation of academic work and publishing work, such as making a very clear responsibility of editor-in-chief, a reasonable division of editors, and training reviewers. |
