| 摘 要： | 网络采编平台的应用和推广对编作主体的心理和行为都会产生不同程度的影响。该文基于网络采编和传统采编技术的差异性,采用心理学应激理论,对编作主体在使用新采编技术过程中出现的心理和行为变化进行探讨,分析其产生的原因,探索编作主体应激反应对新时期编作关系及采编技术发展带来的冲击作用,并提出相应的应对措施,为推广网络采编技术提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Application of the network gathering & editing technology will affect the psychology and behavior of editors and authors. The stress theory is used to discuss the psychological and behavioral changes of editors and authors while using the new gathering & editing technology based on the difference between the network and traditional gathering & editing technologies. We analyze the causes of the changes and the impacts of the new technology on the relationship between editors and authors. Relevant measures are proposed as the reference for popularizing the new gathering & editing technology. |
