| 摘 要： | 介绍《材料科学与工艺》编辑部采用的2种审稿制度:"编辑部初审—专家外审—主编终审"和"编辑部初审—专家外审—专业编委审稿—当期责任编委终审"。从审稿流程、审稿周期、学术水平把关等方面分析各自的优缺点,指出了第2种审稿制度的优势以及面临的问题和解决的办法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces two review systems for Material Science and Technology, i.e., "editor review-expert review-chief editor final review" and "editor review-expert review-professional board member review-responsible board member final review". From the viewpoint of the peer review process, review period and academic level control, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Then, the advantages, problems and corresponding solutions of the second review system are pointed out. |
