| 摘 要： | 分析当前高校科技期刊面临的困境,特别是近年来受科技成果评估体系的影响,优质稿源大量外流的严峻现实。认为必须对高校科技期刊功能进行重新定位并加大对期刊核心竞争力的发掘。介绍《食品与生物技术学报》近10年从综合性高校学报向专业学术期刊转变的实践过程,以及以优势学科为依托,化挑战为机遇,打造精品高校科技期刊的举措。

| Abstract: | Facing the current predicaments, especially from the impacts of science and technology achievements assessment and the massive outflow of high-quality contributions in recent years, universities need to reposition their journals to improve and elevate their core competitiveness. Taking Food Science and Biotechnology for example, this paper describes the transition and practice in recent 10 years from one comprehensive university journal to a professional academic journal, presents the advantages of relying on disciplines to turn the challenges into opportunities and creates specific initiatives for building a high-quality scientific journal. |
