| 摘 要： | 通过中国知网和万方数据库,分别对2015年67种广东省医药卫生期刊进行调查,从其出版的任一期数据中,随机抽取2或3篇论文,浏览其是否标注了DOI;并以《2015年版中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》为研究对象,调查67种期刊被收录核心版的数量.结果提示:67种医药卫生类期刊中,标注了DOI的期刊总数为47种,占70％ (47/67);其中核心期刊的DOI标注率为88％ (29/33),占广东省医药卫生类期刊总数的43％(29/67);此外,还有10种期刊未收入中国知网和万方数据库,无法查到其是否使用了DOI.可见广东省医药卫生类期刊DOI标注比例不高.建议:DOI注册机构要加大宣传力度,广东省医药卫生类期刊加强合作与交流,加快期刊标注DOI的进程;期刊编辑部要与时俱进,增强数字出版意识,提高DOI的标注率;责任编辑要增强责任心,加强期刊DOI的标注与规范使用.

| Abstract: | Sixty seven kinds of medical journals are investigated through CNKI and Wanfang databases. Two or three papers are selected randomly from any issue of those journals in 2015. The full texts of those papers are browsed through to check whether the journals are DOI labeled or not. With China Scientific Journal Citation Report (Core) of 2015 as the research object, the number of journals included in the core version report in these 67 kinds of journals is determined. The results reveal that 47 kinds are DOI labeled, accounting for 70% of the 67 kinds of medical journals; 29 kinds of core journals are DOI labeled, accounting for 88% in 33 kinds of core journals investigated and 43% in these 67 kinds of journals. In addition, there are 10 kinds of journals not included in CNKI and Wanfang databases, so we cannot make sure whether they are DOI labeled or not. The proportion of DOI labeling of Guangdong medical journals is not high. It is suggested that DOI registration agencies should intensify publicity on themselves and Guangdong medical journals should strengthen cooperation and exchanges to accelerate the process of DOI labeling; editorial departments of journals must strengthen consciousness of digital publishing, and improve DOI labeling rate; editors should enhance the sense of responsibility, and strengthen the use and regulation of DOI labeling. |
