| 摘 要： | 作为精品科技期刊当务之急是要深化对此类期刊的内涵、价值的再认识,挖掘精品科技期刊的资源价值,进一步提升其核心竞争力.人才资源、运营策略、管理体制、创新理念是构成期刊出版业核心竞争力的4个最基本的要素,这些要素的有机整合就是现代期刊出版业核心竞争力的真正内核.从这4要素出发,对精品科技期刊核心竞争力提升的切入点进行探讨.

| Abstract: | For the purposes of taping the potentialities of top journals and improving the core competitive power,we should pay much attention to re-recognize the heart of implications and the value of top journals.The four elements of the core competitive power of the sci-tech periodicals are human resources,management strategies,administrative system and new ideas.Integration of these four elements is the core of competitive power.According to above four elements,the author discusses some reform proposals to improve the core competitive power of top journals. |
