| 摘 要： | 据当前公认的国际著名期刊的特点和要求,<浙江大学学报(英文版)>从2002年起尝试建立科技论文完全国际化的评审体系.在操作中,从科技论文所引的文献中发现并确定审稿人,并将2002年1-4月份约102篇投稿送请美国、英国、法国、德国、加拿大、澳大利亚、荷兰、芬兰、波兰、意大利、日本、印度等国家及我国港澳台地区的学科专家审稿.实践证明此举对科技期刊提高学术水平、严正学术风气、全面走向世界具有积极作用.

| Abstract: | The Journal of Zhejiang University SCIENCE is establishing an international peer review system for appraising and ensuring the academic quality of scientific papers contributed to it. The papers are sent for pre-publication review by experts from U.S.A., U.K., France, Germany, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Finland, Poland, Italy, Japan, India, and Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan, etc. The papers undergo pre-publication review, appraisal, and editing by topnotch international scientists in their respective specialties so that the resulting high quality of the contents in the journal will hopefully make it one of the best scientific journals in the world. |
