| 摘 要： | 总结并阐述由科技论文作者向科技期刊编辑角色转变过程中的体会.针对收稿前、初审、退修、编辑加工等稿件处理过程中遇到的问题,从作者的角度出发,分析问题背后的原因;阐明理解作者的必要性,为更高效率、更有针对性地做好编辑工作提出应对措施.
