| 摘 要： | 分析科技期刊编辑部心理氛围的内涵及编辑流程的质量控制。认为责任编辑角色明确有助于编辑流程质量的责任承担,支持型主编、编辑部主任有助于编辑流程有效、快速地实现。提出全体编辑参与选题及审稿决策有助于编辑流程的设计与计划、选题与组稿等环节的质量实现。强调编辑职业干预、编辑价值评价和承认、编辑职业发展和出版目标一致性是编辑流程质量的保证。
