| 摘 要： | 从概念的内涵、外延,以及佐证手段的不同阐述科技论文著作权与科技创新优先权的区别.认为期刊上标注的"收稿日期"只在适当时候为著作权提供佐证,但不能以此来争取科技创新的优先权;强调科技期刊工作者应该处理好收稿以后的每个环节,不仅保护好作者的著作权,更要为他们赢得科技创新的优先权.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author expounds the differences between priority of sci-tech creation and copyright of sci-tech paper in the sprit of concept connotation, extension and proofs. It is put forward that "receive date" can only provide evidence for copyright sometime, but can't support the priority of sci-tech creation. It is also emphasized the editors ought to deal with every procedure better after receiving paper in order not only to protect the copyright but also to support the priority of sci-tech creation for its author. |
