| 摘 要： | 通过数据统计与典型事例相结合研究高校学报对学科建设特别是新学科(包括交叉学科、边缘学科等)建设及人才培养的作用.结果表明,高校学报在培植新的学科增长点、造就学术大师、建立学术队伍、形成学校特色等方面所发挥的作用是普通学术期刊难以替代的.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the function of university journals on discipline development, especially new disciplines such as overlapping disciplines and frontier disciplines, and on talent cultivation by several examples. The study result indicates that university journals play an important role in discipline development, i.e. cultivating the increasing point of new discipline, training academic masters, building academic team and university features. This role cannot be replaced by other academic periodicals. |
