| Abstract: | In the current situation of establishing a creative country,the editors of scientific journals should renew their editing and publishing policies,broaden the service fields,and make more proposals for the governments.The authors also hold that the editors should pay attention to the hot topics and actively contribute their ideas.In a word,with better publishing the journals as a precondition,the editors should bear more responsibilities for the society. |
