| Abstract: | Quality is a key point to the scientific journals.The professional qualities of editors affect the level and quality of scientific articles to some extent.The high specialization of medical journals requires medical editors be equipped with high professional qualities.The article discusses how to improve editors’ professional qualities from the aspects of professional knowledge,scientific design,editing,the ability of learning and using English based on the practice and experience of the periodical office of Chinese Medical Association. |
