| Abstract: | This paper introduces several methods of allocating materials for news reports,for example,allocating commentary,additional materials,and combining papers with a similar special subject.Some cases demonstrated that using these methods in editing sci-tech papers would be favorable for reading,improve communication effect of papers,and enhance social impact power of sci-tech journals. |
