| 摘 要： | 随着新闻出版体制改革的不断深入,作为文化体制改革重要组成部分的科技期刊出版单位,其转企改制工作已经提上日程,公司化和集团化成为发展趋势.文章通过介绍中华医学会系列杂志的管理现状,分析医学期刊转企改制过程中存在的难点问题,提出一些应对策略与建议.

| Abstract: | As publishing system reform has been carrying out further,the reform of publishing entities of sci-tech periodicals into enterprises has been put on the agenda.Corporatization or grouping is the future developing trend of the reform of publishing entities of sci-tech periodicals.In this article,we explore the problems and countermeasures in the reform of publishing entities of sci-tech periodicals into enterprises via analyzing the current managing system of the journals of the Chinese Medical Association. |
