| 摘 要： | 随着科技体制改革的不断深入，社会公益型科研单位都在减员增效，编辑部的人员编制也大幅度精简。在责任编辑少的情况下，新编辑的培养时间也要相应缩短，这是许多编辑部都会面临且必须解决的问题。介绍如何使新编辑尽快进入角色的一些做法和体会。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform of the scientific and technological regime, the retrenching of staff and increasing of effectiveness have to be carried out in every scientific research institution. Correspondingly, the number of editorial staff should be reduced. In this case, to shorten the training period of fresh editors has become an important task of many editorial departments. In this paper, the way of how to enhance the capability of fresh editors quickly is introduced. |
