| 摘 要： | 认为当前我国科技期刊存在以下7种"症候":期刊自引率过高;过于追求基金论文比;过于追求作者层次;作者意识差;论文发表时滞过长;收费没有规范;过分限制篇幅.对上述问题进行了分析,指出了它们对我国科技期刊发展的危害,并提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | The author holds that there are seven "problems" in current Chinese sci-tech journals.They are: too much quotation from journals themselves,too much stress on the proportion of papers supported by funds and academics levels of authors,bad service consciousness,too long time lag for papers' publication,no rules for charging fees and too much restriction on the length of papers.Analysis has been made on the problems mentioned above.The damage that the problems might cause to the development of Chinese sci-tech journals was pointed out.In the light of this,associate measures were put forward. |
