| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO和与国际惯例接轨,科技期刊编辑应该了解相关的法律规则,并学会保护期刊编辑部的合法权益,以及编辑与作者的合法权益.期刊社和作者就作者论文的发表签订论文版权转让合同,不仅使得著作人的劳动成果得到法律保护,还使得期刊编辑部对论文的使用权受到法律保护.

| Abstract: | With China's entry to WTO and coming close to international consuetude, periodical editors should realize the related legal rules and learn how to protect the legal rights and interests of editorial office, editors and authors. When the editorial office signs the agreements with the author on the transfer of the writing's copyright, not only the author's achievements, but the editorial office's right to use the authors' writing as well, will be protected by law in a special period of time. |
