| 摘 要： | 在编辑工作中所接触与利用频率较高的词当属“注意力”。探讨期刊编辑注意力资源利用的基本特点，并就编辑注意力在能量限度、时空限度及活力限度方面如何转化为资源合理利用进行理论分析，旨在为提高期刊编辑劳动的层次和质量的管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | Attention is a word often encountered in the work of editing. This paper discusses the basic characteristics of the utilization of journal editors' attention resources. It has conducted a theoretical study on how to transform the attention resources into reasonably utilizable ones from the perspectives of energy limit, spatial limit and dynamic limit. |
