| 摘 要： | 职业道德建设在社会主义建设中占有重要的地位。从读者、作者和编者3方面分析编辑工作中出现的道德失范现象，并从编辑部内部、编辑个人和外部社会3方面提出了一些加强编辑职业道德建设的建议。

| Abstract: | Professional morality construction plays an important role in the socialism construction. From three aspects-readers,authors and editors-misconducts in editorial work are analyzed. Then, some practical suggestions in strengthening editors' morality are put forward from three aspects: editorial department, editors themselves and outside environment. |
