| Abstract: | To explore the approach to enhance the competence of Chinese sci tech periodicals. Factors that influence the competence of Chinese sci tech periodicals are analyzed. The organizational structure, human resources, journal market and impact factor are major factors that shape the competence of periodicals. Development of a strong editor team, optimization of resources, stressing of the awareness of market competition are specific measures to enhance the competence. |
