| Abstract: | The article introduces a database management system about evaluating experts for scientific periodical and simply analyses the data stored in it.The design of the system,functions of some modules are discussed.Some significant information such as the type,selecting standard,and source about experts is also mentioned in detail.The system provides a steady guarantee for totally evaluating the applying and applied scientific periodical in China. |
