| Abstract: | Four kinds of common errors and nonstandard expressions of figure and table titles in scientific papers are explained with examples: 1) the contents of titles lack specialization;2) the contents of titles are duplicated with the figures and tables themselves;3) the titles are inconsistent with the figures and tables;4) the Chinese titles are not consistent with their English translations.Finally,the correct expressions of the titles of figures and tables are given. |
