| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济时代，传统的编辑观必然要受到现代编辑理念的冲击，阐述在新的历史时期，科技期刊编辑在思想观念，编辑手段，出版方式等3个方面的创新意识和操作策略，论述了编辑创新理对办好科技期刊，推动知识经济增长的积极意义。

| Abstract: | The 21 st century is an age of the intellectual economy. Traditional edition veiw points are unavoidably impacted by the modern edition ideas. This paper outlines the innovative ideas and working strategies in editorial concepts, editorial techniques, and publishing methods, of sci tech periodicals in this new historical period. It also discuses the positive role of innovative editorial ideology in managing well sci tech periodicals and promoting the growth of intellectual economy. |
