| 摘 要： | 通过对定稿时滞的定量研究,发现定稿时滞占整个发表时滞的30%-45%;因此,降低定稿时滞是缩短发表时滞的重要措施.认为降低定稿时滞应从编辑部做起,通过改善编辑流程来达到缩短整个发表时滞的目的.
