| 摘 要： | 应该结合科技期刊的办刊实际,从战略的高度,用前瞻性的眼光,谋划我国高校科技期刊的发展战略.重新寻求高校科技期刊定位,重新构建高校科技期刊管理体制,重新考虑对高校科技期刊分类,重新制订各类高校科技期刊的评价标准,是我国高校科技期刊发展战略思考的着眼点.

The key points of the strategy planning include repositioning the university journals, establishing a new management system, reclassifying the university journals, and ~ntroducing new evaluation standards for various university journals. |
