| Abstract: | References may serve as a referencing system for academic evaluation of a paper.Based on the recognition of rationality of authors' shelf-citations,it is considered that the analyses on characteristics of authors' shelf-citations and their roles in papers are conductive to the quality evaluation of the paper.The methods of evaluation are elaborated briefly. |
