| 摘 要： | 面对社会发展迅猛化、经济发展市场化、文化发展多元化的新形势，科技期刊编辑应当更新观念，树立科学、奉献、敬业精神，具备扎实的专业知识与技能，做到工作学习化、问题课题化；同时有关部门要努力优化编辑人才培养的软环境，为编辑出版事业培养更多的高素质人才，进而推动科技文化事业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In the present circumstances, the scientific editors should have new ideas and the spirits of respecting science and devotion to work. They should have a good grasp of their specialities and required skills, and never stop learning and doing researches. Meanwhile, the concerned governmental departments should provide a good environment for the editor cultivation. By doing so, more and more high quality editors can be cultivated and the sustainable development of science and culture can be ensured. |
