| 摘 要： | 介绍期刊复合影响因子的定义，并从期刊的影响范围、学位论文质量和被引频次等方面进行分析。认为：将学位论文引入期刊影响因子的统计源不仅是必要的，而且是可行的；复合影响因子可改变低估我国科技期刊的影响力水平的现象，是值得推广的评价期刊近期办刊质量的定量化指标。

| Abstract: | This paper gives the definition of U-JIF and analyzes from the aspects of the impact range of journals,the quality of degree theses,and the frequencies of citation.It is necessary and feasible to include degree theses into U-JIF,and it is verified that U-JIF could improve the situation of underestimation of Chinese sci-tech journal impact.In conclusion,U-JIF is worthy to be promoted as a quantitative index to evaluate the quality of journals in recent years. |
