| 摘 要： | 针对编辑在科技期刊论文质量把关中所起作用的特点,探讨编辑人员在编辑工作中保证并提高论文质量的方法,提出了如下建议:1)借助新科技手段在初审中突破创新性把关问题;2)建立互动的审稿机制;3)结合校对进行全面复审;4)加强论文质量信息反馈.

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of quality control on papers in scientific journals, the methods for improving the paper quality by the editors are proposed: 1)to assess the paper's innovative aspects during the editors'evaluation with new technology; 2) to establish the interactive peer review mechanism; 3) to make an overall recheck during the proofreading; 4) to enhance the information feedback of the quality of papers. |
