| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design principles and use methods of an online peer reviewer database. The characteristics of the database are, the purpose of the development is very clear, which is for the peer review of the scientific journals; the database is open for user registering and data adding; the revision of the reviewers' information is dynamic; and finally the accuracy of the data can be guaranteed. |
