| 摘 要： | 青年科技编辑都面临这样一个困境：既要从事编辑这一职业，又缺乏编辑加工的功底。通过对青年科技编辑发表论文情况的分析，认为要尽快地摆脱这一困境，青年编辑应参与科技编辑学的研究，多写文章。重点阐述了青年科技编辑从事写作的必要性。

| Abstract: | At present, many young science editors are short of editing skills. Through the analyses on the situation of paper publishing by young people, the author of this paper concludes that the young editors should take part in the editology studies more actively and write more and higher quality papers. This could be a way for the young editors to improve their abilities. |
