| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前高校学报普遍采用的交流与赠阅方式,发现这些方式产生的影响效果并不理想,还存在着种种的弊端与惊人的浪费.认为高校学报应改变目前的交流与赠阅方式,以促进有效发行.
