| 摘 要： | 以《中南工业大学学报（自然科学版）》的办刊经验为例，论述学报创新的必要性和重要性。创新的措施有：从自己的实际出发，开辟特色栏目；从源头抓稿件，确保稿件学术质量；紧扣规范，并采取形式多样的样校对方式，确保学报的编校质量；采取随机应变的手段，化被动为主动。认为学报只有创新，才能充满生机和活力，才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | Based on the experiences of Journal of Central South University of Technology (Natural Science) , the authors expound the necessity and imp ortance of innovation for journals. The innovation measures are as follows: creating special columns according to our own specialties, calling on papers from research projects to guarantee the quality, improving the edting and proofreading work, taking various ways to regain the inititive. In a word, o nly innovation can make journals full of vigor, and can make continuous prog ress in fierce competitions. |
