| 摘 要： | 探讨科技期刊在岗编辑学者化的意义.提出了学者化编辑队伍建设的途径:聘请兼职编辑,把稿件学术质量关;鼓励学习进修,攻读高级学位;参加科学研究,提高业务水平;加强综合素质培养,提高业务能力.所取得的成绩是:在岗编辑学历提高,科学研究蔚然成风,编辑人员的综合素质提高,编辑业务能力显著加强,期刊质量稳步提升.

| Abstract: | The importance of having scholarly editors for sci-tech academic journals is discussed.Various approaches are proposed: to employ scholars as part-time editors,to encourage editors to take training courses or postgraduate degrees in related fields,to participate research projects to improve their academic understanding,to improve overall standard and integrated capabilities.The benefits are: higher degree and improvement for scientific standards for the editorial team, proactive participation in research projects,improved overall standard and editorial capabilities,steady improvements to the quality of the journals. |
