| 摘 要： | 论证医学学术期刊思想导向与学术导向。思想导向的范畴为：1)倡导一切从患者利益出发，为患者服务的精神，严格掌握适应证；2)提倡良好的医学伦理道德，严肃对待各种违反医学伦理道德的做法；3)树立实事求是的科研道德，揭露弄虚作假的陋习；4)保护知识产权，打击剽窃行为，促进良好学风的建立；5)审慎对待国家主权、人权和肖像权问题；6)严守科研秘密，确保国家利益与发明者的专利权。学术导向的范畴为：1)抢“新”与争“先”发表本专业领域内的最新成果；2)组织制定有关专业的国家(行业)标准，引导学科的规范化发展；3)引导不同的学术观点进行争鸣；4)鼓励长期随访，如实报道其结果。在处理这类问题时应当坚持对学科发展有利的原则，坚持对患者有利的原则，坚持实事求是的原则。

| Abstract: | Ten guiding roles of the academic medical journals in both the categories of ideology and scientific research are analyzed. The roles falling into the ideology category include: 1) Advocating the spirit of "all for the patients" and stressing the indications of a cure; 2) Emphasizing the medical ethics and seriously dealing with the practices against them;3) Setting up the principles of seeking truth from the facts and criticizing the frauds; 4) Protecting the intellectual property right and fighting against the plagiarism; 5) Carefully treating the problems related to the sovereignty, human rights and portraiture; 6) Strictly keeping the secrets of scientific researches and protecting the interests of the state and the patents of the inventors. The guiding roles in the field of scientific research are as follows: 1) Striving to publish the lastest achievements; 2) Developing the standards at the national level or the industrial level to guide the advancement of a certain subject; 3) Encouraging the academic discussions and criticisms; 4) Encouraging the long term investigations of cases and the reports of the real findings. |
