| Abstract: | The reform in administrational model for journals of colleges and universities is a part of the deepening of reform of higher education administration system, the requirement of China's entering to WTO, and the certainty of journals of colleges and universities broadening the space for existence and development. Only by understanding the necessity of reform can we resolve the key problems in the development of the journals. |
