科技期刊学术质量评价体系的动态优化

摘    要:在科技期刊学术质量评价静态指标(影响因子、被引频次、即年指数)的基础上,提出测定科技期刊学术质量发展趋势的动态指标-趋势指数,及测定期刊学术质量稳定性的动态指标-稳定指数。据此对科技期刊学术质量评价体系进行动态优化,并对国内外24种植物学期刊运用层次分析法进行了综合指数的评价。

Abstract:The main indexes for journal evaluation include impact factor,total citati ons and immediacy index. But these three can only evaluate journa ls in the static state,and can't evaluate the trends and stability of journa ls. In fact, one journal may have a high quality at present, but its development could be on the decline. On the other hand, some journals may not have high impact factor now, but their trends and stability can be very good. To solv e this problem and to evaluate journals more fairly, the author combines the static indexes with the dynamic indexes, and establishes a new evaluation s ystem by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
