| 摘 要： | 在线投稿系统是科技期刊向网络信息化发展的一种很好的平台.科技期刊使用在线投稿系统应量力而行、量身定做,要有很好的经费预算;可通过多期刊联合建立大系统平台,以降低成本,促进期刊资源的优化配置;应加强期刊内部管理,使系统功能和效用得到最大程度的发挥.

| Abstract: | An online submission system is a good platform for the sci-tech periodicals development in network information.The sci-tech periodicals should use the system according to their conditions while a good economy budget must be worked out.Some sci-tech periodicals may combine each other to build a big system with low cost and periodical source optimization.At the same time,the system application also needs to strengthen the internal administration of periodicals for an excellent effect. |
