| Abstract: | This article analyzes the position,quantity,authority,self-citation,foreign literatures,time effect and network literatures of reference citations.The article then points out that the principle of seeking truth from the facts should be followed in citations.The reference citations should meet the theme of the paper and be reasonable,correct and sufficient. |
