| Abstract: | The function and development of the sci tech periodicals are in the limelight of people's concern, and more attention should be paid to the borderline role of the science editors.The borderline status has features of both overall and individual. Realizing and correctly handling the social role of the science editors, and activating their productive forces are helpful to the development of the editorial department. |
