| 摘 要： | 由于学术论文具有较强的专业性，使得学术期刊编辑在审稿时较难判断其学术质量，造成了长期依赖专家意见选用稿件的被动局面。现提出2种初审方法，即粗览—细读评价法和网络检索评价法，二者可以交替使用，优势互补。

| Abstract: | The editors of academic journals have difficulties in evaluating the scientific level of papers because they belong to very different specialities. Therefore most editors depend on the experts' opinions to choose the papers over a long period of time. To improve the editors' evaluation, the author puts forward two methods: scanning-careful reading and evaluating by network information. These two methods can be used separately or simultaneously. |
