| 摘 要： | 医学期刊不仅要服务于医学和医疗卫生工作科研,还要为医学和医疗卫生工作科研发展提供学术引领。文章结合办刊实践就医学期刊如何通过编辑出版服务提升学术引领能力问题进行探讨。提出医学期刊要通过精准定位、合理设置栏目、创新选题策划及优先做好读者服务等,明确服务功能及其范围和方向,发挥学术引领作用；通过建立服务管理体系,优化服务机制,激发服务活力,保证服务质量；通过提高编辑的服务素养和能力,不断提升服务于医学科研和创新引领能力。

| Abstract: | Medical journals should not only provide servives, but also guide the research of medicine and health. We discussed on how to guide the academic area to a higher altitude through editing and publishing services based on our pracice and put forward some suggestions including precise orientation of the journal, reasonable assignment of the columns, innovative strategy of topic selection and priority in services for the readers. It is important to bear in mind that we are the services providers, and the scope and direction of our services. It is also our responsibility to lead a correct direction for medical research. And through the establishment of service management system, we could optimize the service mechanisms and activate service provision capability. By improving the service quality and capacity of medical journal editors, the ability of service for medical scientific research and innovation leadership will be continuously improved. |
