| Abstract: | From points of the management system, the characteristics of "practicing editors", "exercising editors", "excellent editors", and "advocating editors" are introduced. Under the conditions of lacking of editors and funding, on the premise of explicating of editors'' system of post responsibility, "excellent editors" cultivating is suggested. "Three-grade improvement" of excellent editors is introduced, including:the improvement of basic skill in editing, the improvement of exchanging between authors, readers and editors, and the improvement of concepts and values in editing work. |
