| Abstract: | By evaluating the current status of sci tech periodicals and English language application skills of the editors, the author points out the historical responsibility that the editors shoulder for international exchange of scientific and technological information and calls for attention to the imperative importance of further training program to cultivate English application skills of the editors. Several effective means serving the purpose of training were proposed on the basis of the author's professional experience as an editor. |
