| 摘 要： | 二次学术文献是专门搜集、梳理和检阅并控制一次学术文献的文献,其意义和价值还在于弥补一次学术文献的缺陷.二次学术文献编辑的素质要求,既有一般编辑的素质要求,更有自己的特殊素质要求.关于二次学术文献编辑素质的问题,至今还很少有人问津.作此探讨,目的是为了引起人们对此问题的关注.

| Abstract: | The secondary academic documents are to specially collect,arrange, inspect and control the first academic documents. Its cognizance and value also lie in remedying defects in the first academic documents. The editors' quality for the secondary academic documents not only requires the general quality but also has its special meanings. The editors' quality for the secondary academic documents has seldom been discussed till now and this paper aims to provoke people's attention on this question. |
