| Abstract: | With the improvement of digital publishing and new media of sci-tech journals,the post of new media editor is getting more and more important.The new media editors should constantly improve ten abilities including ideology and politics,competency,professional skills and so on,which could help new media editors adapt to the post and be qualified for the job.Meanwhile,new media editors should maintain positive attitudes to learning knowledge,practice,innovation and exploration. |
