| 摘 要： | 信息技术的发展促使科技期刊编辑理念要进行变革:1)专家型编辑应越来越成为科技期刊的主角;2)要激发编辑的策划意识,编辑应具备学术敏感性,要以独到的视角关注和发掘选题;3)编辑要具备创新意识,体现出鲜明的办刊思路和编辑理念.

| Abstract: | The great development of information technology release the productivity of science editors. Under this condition, the editing idea changes profoundly: 1) Editors' principal part consciousness gets enhanced, and expert editors are growing up and become the leading actors, they ulteriorly strengthen the consciousness of using information on their own initiative; 2) The mastermind consciousness of editors has been made their stick, the Promethean periodical needs such editors who have academic sensitivity, they should pay attention to and dig out the subjects with original visual angle; 3) The editors should have innovation consciousness, whether the structure of the subject, or the form and means of editing work, they all require editors to endow the periodical with special manner, and in the person of lively thought and idea of managing periodicals, to become a winner in the competition finally. |
