| Abstract: | The important role of English titles of papers which has been played in the dissemination of sci-tech information is expounded,and the editing procedure and the objectives are proposed.Some concrete problems encountered in the editing process are discussed,such as subtitles,series titles,the use of abbreviations,rules of capitalization and lowercase of all words in the titles,and the usage of preposition phrases. |
